Fiona is currently a junior at Northside College Prep High School. She has been dancing at Extensions for 10 years, always inspired by her Director Lizzie and faculty, supporting her to explore her artistry and work hard for technique. Fiona is a member of two companies at EXDC, the Extensions Senior Dance Company and a founding member of the Chicago City Classical Ballet Company under the Direction of Tatyana Mazur and Lizzie Mackenzie. Fiona’s love for dance began at a very young age and she continues to grow into her artistry. Her favorite dance style is contemporary ballet, allowing her mind and body to be free in every moment. If she could give her inner self advice, it would be to “stop overthinking everything and not to be judgmental of yourself as it holds you back”. Fiona is born and raised in Chicago and when not dancing her passions in life are fashion, interior design, singing, playing guitar with her father or just hanging with her pups Jimmy and Jake. She would like to thank Lizzie Mackenzie and Lauren Brown for seeing her talent, supporting her in her goals in dance and providing her with so many wonderful opportunities for growth within this dance family she’s called home for almost a decade.
