Eden Kavanagh is currently a Senior at Loyola Academy and is starting her second year with Extensions. Growing up, Eden has previously performed with 2 other dance studios in the Chicagoland area. She has been taking classes in ballet, tap, and jazz since she was 3, and it has been her passion ever since. In summer 2019, Eden had the opportunity to dance at the Hubbard Street Intensive for a month. There she was able to deepen her understanding and passion for dance by learning from experienced choreographers and current company members. Following a shortened dance season this past year, she spent her 2020 summer working as a private wealth management intern for William Blair. When she isn’t dancing, you can find Eden working on a business venture, travelling, or eating yummy food with friends! She has a great passion for learning in both the studio and classroom. Looking towards the future, Eden is planning on majoring in finance and marketing, with a minor in dance and computer science. Eden feels blessed to be a part of the outstanding Extensions company, and to be able to learn from Lizzie and all of the great teachers at Extensions. She is forever grateful to her family and friends for their continued love and support that allow her to keep dancing.
