Sally is Senior Company member at Extensions and this is her second year with the studio. She a Junior at Highland Park High School and loves popcorn and Starbucks lattes. Her favorite genre of dance is contemporary and jazz. When Sally is on stage, she can’t help but smile as she feels a kind of indescribable energy that needs to be shared with the world. Sally balances dance and life by staying organized, writing things down, doing homework at any convenient time available and keeping a positive attitude. Things can become stressful, but Sally loves to learn and stay busy. In the end, it’s all worth it. If Sally could go back in time, she would give the following advice to herself, “Stop comparing yourself to others and just have fun.” Some things people may not know about Sally, are that she was on the Model UN team at her high school and had the opportunity to speak at the UN General Assembly building in NY. Sally’s favorite quote is, “Nothing to prove, everything to share.” Her accomplishments include, a summer intensive at Alonzo King Lines ballet, NW Dance Project Summer Intensive, and performing as Clara in the production of “The Nutcracker” at North Shore School of Dance. Sally looks forward to this season and is excited to have the opportunity to continue growing in dance with Extensions.
