Helena has loved to dance for as long as she can remember. At just three years old, she could often be found floating across the living room floor, performing to her favorite songs for her biggest fans—her mom and dad. She began her formal dance training as a preschooler and soon expanded her passion to include gymnastics.

Today, Helena is honored to be a company member at Extensions Dance as a Too!, where she feels grateful to be part of such a supportive and inspiring community. She loves learning and growing alongside her fellow dancers and is especially thankful for the guidance of all her teachers, in particular artistic director Lizzie MacKenzie, assistant director Jacki Nowiki, and tap instructor Matt Pospeshil, who inspire her every day.

When she’s not in the studio, Helena is always dancing—practicing at home or moving to rhythms she feels both around her and in her imagination. Outside of dance, Helena enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as with her sweet Toy Poodle, Benny. She also loves acting and has been honored to perform the lead roles in both Matilda and Annie at her performing arts camp. In her free time, Helena enjoys swimming, biking around her neighborhood, and curling up with a good book.
